FAR’s Steve Resch Launches National Media Tour

As many states in America begin to emerge from various states of closures, there are still many questions that linger for those who might be thinking about their retirement plans.

Questions like:

  • How has the current crisis impacted your retirement investments?
  • How do you continue to manage financial risk going forward?
  • I’ve often heard about a reverse mortgage, can it be a resource that is helpful to me?
  • Isn’t a reverse mortgage my last resort?
  • Where can I go to learn more?

Across the country, financial advisors are beginning to see retirees interested in formulating more innovative solutions as effective risk management strategies. And, increasingly, reverse mortgages are becoming part of a more creative approach to helping mitigate volatile stock markets and financial uncertainty.

In years past, a reverse was considered a last resort but that has greatly changed. In the first quarter of this year, applications for reverses are up more than 50 percent compared to the same period last year.

Our own Steve Resch, VP of Retirement Strategies, has a unique combination of experience as an investment advisor with Wall Street insights. This week, Steve will be sharing his expertise about how you can build effective risk management along with a sound approach toward ensuring you have a diversified, stable retirement strategy.

Steve will be making stops at television and radio news stations throughout the day where he will answer questions and discuss how a reverse can work, especially during times of uncertainty. You can see Steve’s media stops outlined in the chart below. Keep in mind, some stations broadcast their news digitally and share their stories on social channels like Facebook, so you can check him out even if he is not near your closest market.
